Bus Variance Blackout Dates
BUS VARIANCE BLACKOUT DATES FOR FALL 2025
This is a reminder that Bus Transportation Variances DO NOT carry over from year to year. A new variance must be completed each school year. If you require your child to ride a different bus than their home bus route for the 25/26 school year you must complete a new variance form.
This means, parents who need to send their child via bus to/from daycare, babysitters, etc. during the 25/26 school year, must submit a Transportation Variance to the St. Robert School office no later than Monday, August 4, 2025 to be approved and in effect for the first day of busing (8/25).
Please be aware that no bus variances will be processed or granted between Tuesday, August 5, 2025 and Monday, August 25, 2025 as bus routes become finalized. Parents who do not complete a bus variance form by the August 4th deadline must wait until they are again accepted on Monday, August 25, 2025.
Variances will not be processed August 25, 2025. Your child will be allowed only on their home bus route until the blackout period ends on Monday, August 25th. Also, please note that any 25/26 bus variance forms received on August 5th or later require a processing time of 5 business days prior to the variance taking effect.
